Banana Leaf Food

South Indian food is gaining popularity within Malaysia compare to overrated and overcrowded mamak restaurant.

The food is humble and the rice is free flow. The concept of banana leaf restaurants in Malaysia are usually quite charity, you eat until you are full with a fix price set. What's more, the set price is very affordable. But sometimes, if the restaurant is near to the tourist spot or where the expats live, the price can be higher and becoming more expensive if you started order fancy things on the menu.

Ty it, you gonna love it :)

Bihun Sup Sri Buana

Have you stop by for breakfast next to Taman Tun Sardon Arcade? There is one particular malay rice vermicelli stall called "Sri Buana".

There, you can see the long line of queue just for everthing noodle soup. you can choose selection of noodles such as bihun, koay teow or mee kuning. You can even ask for more sambal if you like spicy soup or even request for chicken feet to be included in your noodle soup.

The soup more on the sweet side but the flavors are quite balance with sweet,  salty and heat all over your palate. You can ask for extra noodles and the condiments for just an extra 50sen.
Just try it and you gonna love it!
